Job Description

–  SF /Smax Developer JD and skills required under each:

Under Service Max:

– Extensive knowledge of the ServiceMax platform and its advanced capabilities.( Work order management, Pm engine, Installation module, Service board, Time sheet , Go app etc to name a few key ones these are default ones)

–  Proven experience in integrating ServiceMax with other systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

Under Salesforce:

 – Apex, Triggers , Coding , Visualforce, LWC, with strong   integration experience with other 3rd party tools like SAP, Oracle, and API’s like SOAP and/ or REST

–  Experience in industrial/manufacturing software segments

–  Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft or ETL tools.

–  Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their integration with Salesforce.

Certifications required:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II,

–  ServiceMax Advanced Administrator or any Smax certification

Job description – 

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows.
• Document requirements clearly and concisely.
2. Data Analysis:
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
3. Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
• Develop business process models and suggest improvements.
• Implement best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
4. Communication:

No Of Positions: 2( one is a generic Sf Product owner, and one is a SF/S Max Product owner

Mode of work: Hybrid 3 days a week

Primary Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize product features based on business needs, customer feedback, and market trends within Salesforce or e-commerce platforms.
    • Work with development teams to define requirements, build and maintain product roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of features.
    • Ensure that technology products meet user experience and design standards, and work with the design team to deliver high-quality user experiences.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
    • Develop and maintain product and technical documentation.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, applying insights to product development to maintain competitive advantage.
    • Articulate and define user stories and iterations and drives delivery goals via prioritized stories with acceptance criteria for delivery
    • Work with the customer experience teams and business unit partners to guide customer research to gain “voice of the customer” insight and leverage the learnings in digital experience design to understand customers’ goals.
    • Manage solutions design and delivery in collaboration with Digital to enable speedy integration and implementation of robust digital business architecture and platform.
    • Understand the needs of the consumers, internal teams, and 3rd parties related to specific capabilities of enterprise platforms to deliver continuous improvements
    • Establish work breakdown structures (programs, projects, tasks), monitor team workload, and identify project risks, dependencies, and milestones.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions for Salesforce CPQ/CLM or e-commerce platforms.

Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • 5+ years of professional supporting enterprise-level engineering teams in Salesforce, e-commerce, or related fields.
    • 5+ years of experience working JIRA as seen by experience creating and managing JIRA boards, implementing best practices and creating sprint dashboards.
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Agile methodologies in a working environment – demand prioritization, planning, and execution to deliver software solutions.
    • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills
    • Fluent spoken and written English

Preferred

    • Master’s degree and/or similar secondary degree.
    • 5+ years of experience as Product Owner with experience in the industrial and/or manufacturing industry.
    • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
    • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)
    • Experience working with multicultural, multilingual, and multiple time zone, global environments
    • The ability to simplify the complex, quickly define core problem and frame the solution approach
    • Experience in industrial/manufacturing software segments
    • Proficiency in Miro, or similar presentation tools
